Lake Charles, LA – Cameron Communications Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Kristi Broussard, presented the company’s donation of $1,500 to Kevin McMurrian, Scout Executive of the Calcasieu Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The donation will be used to support the Cub Scout Day Camp in Grand Lake, LA as the Calcasieu Area Council attempts to build upon the more than 3,000 youth and adults they already serve in Southwest Louisiana. Cameron Communications is proud to support the Boys Scouts once again, as they continue to provide programs that offer effective character and promote pride through becoming a good citizen for our area youths.
The Cub Scout Day Camp is designed to teach skills and develop attitudes that make boys more self-reliant, self-confident, and raise self-esteem. The camp will be held June 16th-20th and is open to all boys entering 1st through 5th
