As members of the communities we serve, Cameron Communications as a business and its employees have also sustained catastrophic damage. Know that we are working tirelessly and have been since the day after Hurricane Laura to get our network back to 100%. We have employed extra help to address the troubles created by the devastating wind and rain associated with back to back storms. Our trouble ticket counts are at an all-time high, but we are doing our best to address each and appreciate your patience as we rebuild together.
We understand the need for the communication services we provide and their impact on our daily lives, we also understand that some customers aren’t back in their homes and may not be, for several months. If you have a situation wherein you need to suspend your service(s), you have had no service(s) or you have a service issue, we ask that you call us and let us work with you. We are willing to work with each of you whether that means creating a payment plan, issuing credit, creating a trouble ticket or temporarily disconnect your service(s) while displaced.
As a local company, we live work and play right here in Southwest Louisiana, this is our home as well as yours. We want to make sure our customers know that we are committed to helping them as we start to see something more like normal, in and around the places we call home.
