To better serve our communities, we have implemented a new voicemail system to handle your phone messages accurately and efficiently. If you currently have voicemail with us, it will be changing.
As of today, you will need to activate your new voicemail by simply dialing *15 from your home phone. From there, you may enter your 10-digit phone number followed by the default pin 1-2-3-4. Customers will be allowed to change the default pin as well as other settings within the new system.
After switching, customers may retrieve older messages by calling 409-253-2669, 10-digital dialing is required to retrieve any old messages.
